This is Piper a doll who I'm finishing, we went to find trim for her, so I decided she needed to go shopping with me.  I am also bidding on shoes for her on ebay.  She is from a Patti Medaris Culea pattern called:  "TESS Dress Up Doll" by Patti Culea.

I used upholstery weight fabric for her dress to make it stiff and randomly painted glitter to give it a spark.  Since, I'm so into top hats, I made her a top hat as well

Aidan's Quilt

Yippee, amidst having a sewing machine problem (needed to be cleaned), some type of virus/flu, out of town guests...I'm finally finished!!!  This is the last large quilt I will do for a while, as I'm more busy with the dollmaking and baby sized quilts.
