This quilt is made for our old neighbor, who we watched grow up into a very nice young man and is like family to us.  He will be completing basic training from the Army tomorrow and the quilt is going in the mail tomorrow, and hopefully will arrive in time for when he gets back home.

Embellished Jeans for my Mom-N-Law

Purchased jeans I embellished with heat set rhinestones, painted with gold and purple metallic paint.  This is what she emailed me:

Hello Julia,

"Thank you! Thank You! Thank You! I love my Jeans. You did a wonderful job. It was worth the wait. I love you"

This made my day to know how much she likes the jeans!
